ORDERING

How do I know that my order is in stock?

When an item is out of stock, it will say so on the product page. However, sometimes we experience a greater than expected demand for an item (an item sells out by the time we receive your order) we will immediately contact you to let you know and provide a full refund or advise you of a suitable replacement.

 

 If an item is marked as being on 'sale' or 'clearance', am I allowed to return it?

Yes! You can return for an exchange.

Sales and Clearance items are sold under the cost price, so it cannot be refundable, but can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for a different item or you may receive a merchandise credit. For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.

 

How do I place an order?

Simply click on the product you like, select the colour and size from the available options and add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout when you are ready to purchase. Then select your preferred method of payment.

After you have submitted the order, an email will be sent to you to confirm your order details. If you have selected to pay by Paypal, you will receive an email confirmation from Paypal that your account has been charged.

 

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept 2 modes of payment:

-Local bank transfers (i-banking or ATM transfers) 

-Credit card payments (Visa or Master card) powered by PayPal.

 

Do I have to open an account with Mummy & Baby Fashion to start purchasing?

If you do not wish to open an account with Mummy & Baby Fashion, please select ‘Guest Checkout’ when placing your order. 

We strong recommend you to open an account with Mummy & Baby Fashion as you will experience the benefits of order tracking, promotions and discounts. Registration is easy and free of charge.

 

Can I amend my order after placing it?

If you wish to change the items or quantity of products in your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We are unable to make changes to your order after it has been dispatched.

 

Can I cancel my placed order?


Mummy & Baby Fashion practice to ship any orders which received before 1pm, the same day (excluding Fridays, Weekend and public holidays).
We cannot cancel the order if it has already shipped. However if the order has not been shipped, we are happy to cancel the order and re-credit your account.

 

Does Mummy & Baby Fashion have any shops, where I can collect my items ?

We do not have any stores currently. If you would like to view your items or self-collection, please contact us at +65 9782 4068 or email us at info@mummybabyfashion.com  for an appointment.

Will I be charged customs & import duties for international delivery?

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Unfortunately, cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

What are the currencies accepted?

All prices are listed in Singapore Dollar. The respective credit card company will convert this into your local currency.

 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

 For security purposes we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels 

 

I've received an incorrect item.

If we ever do send you incorrect or faulty merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt by emailing info@mummybabyfashion.com  We will endeavour to provide a replacement item and reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.

 

Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Please click on the link provided and enter your personal tracking code to get the most up to date information regarding your order.

If you have an account with Mummy & Baby Fashion you will be able to view the status of your order online when you log into your account.

 

 

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

I would like to return items from my order, what should I do?

To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be unworn and unmarked, free from perfume or deodorant smells with original ticketing & tags attached.

Your return must be within 7 days from the date we delivered the package to you. Any items received after this date will be sent back to the original delivery address.

Please note that SHIPPING FEES of S$4 will be charged for refund case.

I would like to exchange items from my order, what should I do?

If for any reasons you are not happy with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange. The exchanged merchandise must be unworn and unmarked, free from perfume or deodorant smells with original ticketing & tags attached.

We will ship your new item once we receive the item you would like exchanged.If we are not able to offer an exchange, a store credit will be offered.

For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, customers will make good the difference.

SIZING

What size should I buy?

We understand selecting your size during pregnancy can be challenging. Our styles are designed to last through you entire pregnancy. The size guide is available on the individual product page, please check it out to make sure your new clothes are going to fit you well.

 

Will the size I buy last All Nine Months?

Our designs are specifically created to last throughout nine months of pregnancy and long after. We are also using Free Size measurement in order to make your shopping easy. Prefer to our sizing-guideline to get the most accurate fit.

 

 

REWARDS CARD and VOUCHER/COUPON

Is there an expiry date?

Gift Voucher will be valid only for certain of time, which is indicated in the voucher/coupon………………. you will need to utilize it within this span of time frame. Please note that we will not be able to extend it beyond.

Please note that it is not exchangeable for cash.

 

I have a coupon/voucher, how do I use it?

To redeem and use your gift voucher/ Coupon:

1. Create an account and login into http://mummybabyfashion.com/user/login/.  During Checkout, just enter the code in the box provided and click on the Redeem Button.

2. Or you just simply go into http://mummybabyfashion.com/maternity-products/ purchase products you would like to. During Checkout (As Guest), just enter the code in the box provided and click on the Redeem Button.

Don't lose the gift voucher/ coupon code and make sure to keep the code safe.
