PAYMENT

What type of payment do you accept?

We currently accept 2 modes of payment:

  • Local bank transfers (i-banking or ATM transfers) 

           POSB/ DBS/ OCBC

(Please note: for transfer from other banks, it will take about 3 working days)

 

  • Credit card payments (Visa or Master card) powered by Paypal

 

What is the next step, when i have already completed the transfer (ATM/i-Banking)?

If you choose payment by ATM Transfer/INTERNET BANKING, after payment has been made successfully, please provide transaction details by

  • or through our  Customer Contact Form

If you choose payment by Credit Card powered by PayPal (You do not need to have a PayPal account), upon confirmation of your order at Checkout, you will be transferred to the PayPal Secure Payment Page where you will be required to provide your name as it appears on your credit card, your credit card number and the card expiration date. If payment successfully made, PayPal will generate a receipt and send it to your email.

 We will send out your order within 1-3 working days.

 

 

How long do I have to make payment after I checkout?

Kindly make your payment within 24 hours, or the order will be automatically cancelled by the system. Thank you so much for your understanding!

 

 

PRICING

All indicated pricing online is fixed price (you will pay exactly the amount you see online, no GST included)

 

 

SHIPPING

Delivery will be made during office hours between 9.00 am to 5.00 pm from Mondays to Fridays. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders confirmed by 12noon on Friday will be despatched on Monday.

If you have special instructions relating to the delivery, please make sure you indicate these instructions in the comments section when you’re finalising your purchase as you are checking out.

 i. Local Delivery

FREE Delivery Within Singapore For All Local Orders. No minimum purchase required

Normal Postage for order below S$60. And Registered Postage (full tracked) for order at S$60 and above

 (Please note that free delivery is only valid for new order and not for the exchange. For the refund case, S$4 shipping charged will be deducted)

Normal Postage

  • Delivery takes 2 - 3 days via Singpost standard mail.
  • Item is delivered to your mailbox, or it may be dropped at your door if the mailbox is full.
  • Tracking is not available for normal Postage. 
  • We will not be held liable for any lost-in-mail items which mailed out via normal postage (although uncommon). 

 

Registered Postage

  • Delivery takes 2 - 4 days via Singpost local registered mail.
  • Delivery is trackable.
  • Customer (or anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • If no one is at home/office to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office. Customer will be required to bring down the notification slip with NRIC to collect.

 

 iii. International Delivery

  • International deliveries will be sent via Singapore Postal Sevices (SingPost) 
  • Delivery will take approximately 6 to 14 working days depending on destination
  • Shipping charges will be based on SingPost's international registered airmail charges. Let us know your preference and we will advise you on the charges of SingPost accordingly.
  • Delivery is trackable.
  • Customer or addressee will be required to sign for the package at the door.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country

 

 

Important Notes

For Local Delivery, if you request to deliver on Weekends or after 5pm. The Special Delivery charge will be at $30 per location. 

 

 

Shipping charges incurred for exchanges the Incorrect Orders

If we ever do send you incorrect or faulty merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt by emailing info@mummybabyfashion.com. We will endeavour to provide a replacement item and reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.
