Please read carefully the following rules and regulations apply to your use of Mummy and Baby Fashion Website and any products or services that you order from us. By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be modified at any time on this website.


Making a purchase

To make an order, simply click on the product you wish to purchase, select the colour and size from the available options and add it to your basket, and proceed to checkout when you are ready to purchase. Then select your preferred method of payment.

 

Order approval

Once you have submitted an order to the Site, an email will be sent to you confirming that it has been received. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order


Orders placed online are considered an offer of purchase and are subject to availability, caused sometimes stock can sell out quickly (an item sells out by the time we receive your order). If this is the case, we will immediately contact you to let you know and provide a full refund or advise you of a suitable replacement.

A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card. The contract between you and Mummy&Baby Fashion will be completed when we email you tracking link that the goods have been dispatched.

 

Amend and Cancellation rights

To amend items or quantity of product, or cancel your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Mummy & Baby Fashion practice to ship any orders which received before 1pm, the same day (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). We are unable to make changes or cancel the order if it has already shipped. However if the order has not been shipped, we are happy to change/cancel the order and re-credit your account.

 

Delivery

If your parcel does not arrive within the expected time frame( 2 - 4 working days for Singapore, and 6 to 14 working days for International delivery), please contact us as soon as possible.

Customer (or anyone living at the address) will be required to sign for the package at the door. If no one is at home/office to receive it, a notification slip will be left either at the door or in the mailbox to collect within 10 days at the nearest Post Office.

 

Gift Voucher

Gift Voucher will be valid only for a limited time, which is indicated in the voucher. You will need to utilize it within this span of time frame. Please note that we will not be able to extend it beyond, and it is not exchangeable for cash.

We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted gift vouchers

If you are the purchaser, please double check the delivery email address you enter. If the email address entered is incorrect, we can’t be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than your recipient.

Gift voucher may get caught in spam filters, and it’s up to the recipient to check these filters. We can’t take responsibility if a gift voucher cannot be delivered to the recipient’s email address because of spam filters, firewalls as it is over our control.

 

Promotional Code, Discount Code

Promotional Code/Discount Code will be valid only for a limited time, which is indicated in the Promotional/Discount notice . You will need to utilize it within this span of time frame. Please note that we will not be able to extend it beyond, and it is not exchangeable for cash.

We’re afraid we can’t accept any responsibility for stolen or deleted Promotional Code/Discount Code

Any further conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue, and only one promotion code can be used per order

If you have a discount code, you must enter it before you proceed to the checkout as you will not be able to do so once your order is placed.

 

 

Received an incorrect item or faulty item

If we ever do send you incorrect or faulty merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of the receipt by emailing info@mummybabyfashion.com. We will endeavour to provide a replacement item and reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us.
